The both teams have a special connection, also meeting in Forest's previous European adventure in the UEFA Cup of 1995-96, but it is the continental championship from 1979 that connects these teams, with the record-breaking signing Francis heading the only goal of a largely forgettable match to secure historic victory for the Forest supporters.
