After the author's bestselling book about an elderly man's journey was adapted into a 2023 film, it featured several charming songs by Sam Lee. In recent months, singer-songwriter Passenger delivered the musical compositions for the stage adaptation, which will relocate to the city's performance hub in the new year. The musician's collection of musical interpretations, One for the Road – featuring additional tracks that didn't make the musical and a guest appearance from performer Jack Wolfe, who played the show's Balladeer – is currently available to watch online.
